We believe in earning our customer's trust by respecting our customer's privacy. We will never sell, share or offer any of your personal information to any third parties. We use the information we collect when you make a purchase with us only for processing your order.
We do give you the option of being on our e-mail list if you would like to receive occasional emails about our specials, promotions or info of interest. We never spam our customers! If for some reason you choose to come off of our email list, instructions to do so are clearly noted in emails you get, or simply email us to do so. Our Privacy Policy will not be changed or amended...that's just the way we do it.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
All our products come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee! We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you do not believe that what you bought from us is working for you, we'll give you a 100% refund. Shipping costs back to us will be the responsiibility of the customer.
Returning an item to us:
If you need to return an item, please obtain a Return Authorization first. Here's how: Please provide us with your order number, your name, and reason for the return. All returns must receive a Return Authorization to properly process your refund or replacement.
Returns and Our Shipping Policy:
1.) If an item fails due to a defect within 60 days of arriving to you: First, contact us for a Return Goods Authorization. We will then mail you a shipping label for returning the product. We cannot refund the original shipping amount, however. Under our Customer Satisfaction Policy, we will take back products within 60 days if you are not pleased with it. Under these circumstances, all shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.We inspect all items for damage issues prior to refunding the purchase price. We recommend that all returns be insured, trackable and shipped the most economical method possible. Important note: we cannot be responsible for crediting or replacing an item that we never actually receive.
Shipping and Ordering Information
We primarily recommend U.S. PRIORITY MAIL due to the tracking and insurance features that they offer.
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of when you place it. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday.

International Orders
We can and do ship Internationally. Note that all taxes and customs charges are the full resposiblity of the customer. If you are unsure of these charges please contact the appropriate customs office for your area. Further, there may be some countries we cannot ship some items to. Phone or email us for any concerns.

3.) Low Shipping Prices
We do not get you going with a low price and then make it up with high shipping. We shop on-line too and we hate that when it happens to us! We don't sell our products at some ridiculously low price and then make up for it with artificially high shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at the current carrier rates and we do not tack on high "handling charges" or stuff like that.

Our wholesale price is the lowest price around!

If you think that something you bought from us does not do what we claim it will, we will refund you the purchase price, as you prefer. Please read the above policy.
